Sam's Fudge was set up with the aim to make local, quality handmade fudge. Our fudge is sold at local events, details of these can be found on our Events page as well as our Twitter and Facebook pages.
Sam's Fudge can cater for all occassions, from christmas and birthday gifts, to wedding favours and corporate gifts. Contact us for information on how we can personalise wedding favours to match your colour theme, or add your company logo and a personalised message to our packaging.
Our fudge is available in a variety of flavours, these currently include; vanilla, clotted cream, rum and raisin, salted caramel, ginger, chilli, and for December we make a special Christmas Fudge. Keep an eye on the website for our flavours of the month! We are also open to suggestions if you have a particular flavour in mind that you think we should try!
We try to make all our fudge using the simplest ingredients. Our basic fudge mix consists of butter, demerrera sugar, condensed milk, whole milk and a little bit of icing sugar. There are no artificial preservatives.
Our flavoured fudge is then made using simple ingredients, with no artificial colours or flavours. Our rum & raisin fudge is made by soaking the raisins in dark Jamaican rum for at least 24 hours to get the best from the rum!
Our fudge is sold in individually packed bags of approximately 100 grams, however, we supply smaller packs for wedding favours which can then be personalised, whether it is special labels or coloured ribbon simply contact us to discuss options.
