We also wanted to make sure we used the simplest ingredients with no artificial flavours or preservatives, so all our fudge is kept simple and tasty!
We both work full time, I am a maritime archaeologist and Sam is a building surveyor, so not the most likely combination with a Fudge business, but we are having a great time and on the 18th April 2015 we were able to have the wedding of our dreams! We had to have it in Dorset of course so chose Shell Bay as our reception venue, we were taken by boat from the Guildhall in Poole across the harbour, thankfully the weather was perfect! We now plan to continue our fantastic fudge business, especially since having our beautiful daughter Beatrice in March 2016 who is now joining us at events! We are lucky to be members of Dorset Food and Drink and will continue to make quality handmade fudge here in the beautiful county of Dorset!
If you are wondering about our logo that was designed by my sister who is a fine artist also based in Dorset, you can view all her moo paintings on her website.
We hope you enjoy Sam's Fudge!

Sam's Fudge was set up by Lauren and Sam, after getting engaged we started to think about how we could save for our wedding and Fudge seemed to be a good place to start!
Sam has always been good at making fudge, he made it for the wedding favours at my sister's wedding, and my mum (owner of Cosy Knits n Bits) asks him to make some every year at Christmas. So he taught me how to make it and we started from there!
Over the next few weeks we began to experiment with different flavours, much to the delight of our friends and family who were very willing to act as taste testers! Then after a few events gauging the publics reaction we settled on a few key flavours which you can see in our online shop.
